Functioning all business needs for Call Center by SAP CRM 360, assisting to be aligning with the ongoing process for all Functional

Generating reports via usage of the SAP Object to present it to the Chairman & board committee align with new designs for Porto’s
Projects by rolling out in order to acceptance of committee.
Aiming to commence SAP EG to deliver SAP Suite ERP to be "Suite on HANA" with CRM 360, BW & BI on HANA.
Major Accomplishments:
Upgraded the Mail Server of the Amer Group from 2008 to 2010 then upgrade to Version 2012 R2 on Cloud.
Established a new Service Enterprises Server Edition Project for Black Berry, IOS & Android align with Amer Group Domain to be
entire oversight for Amer Group Mail Server of 8K+ Users across all oversights.
Enhanced a New Service, the I-Score Project, for Customer Financial Research prior to contracts with Amer Group by means of IScore
Company for utilization by the New Porto's Customers.
Commenced a Project ATM with various Banks to deliver Amer Group Customer payments by means of ATM Machines.
Implemented BW & BI on SAP, as the first Big Announcement Project in the real estate business across the Middle East.

- I divided the Applications Department Organization Structure into two Managements areas one for the SAP ERP Consultants and another for Applications Support for Non-SAP Applications to Support All Companies.
- Dealing with vendor CIC Company for SAP Application consulting to give us Support and to complete the rest of Implementations to holl group ( Now other 3 Companies to Complete SAP Application Implementation). We have SAP Modules as the following (Fico, MM, HCM, SD, CS and PP) Based on nature of each company industrial field.
- Starting with our vendor of SUN Microsystems to deliver the multi infrastructure to two companies Based on the SAP Applications up-running and also with IBM for the rest of companies.
- Starting attendance HR systems in all companies to be controlled & accurate date for the huge of the employees also to reduce the cost.

Switches, LAN, WAN, MS Operating systems, Microsoft Exchange, Internet Proxy Servers, using VPN, TCP/IP Sui;. etc) to covere
and solve all problems of the company's users remotely through Technical Acquisition Requests (TAR) Internal Support System.

- Setting-up new policies accurding the Sekem Group and the Sekem Univeresty needs
Managing all ERP systems based on Oracle, Financial, HR, and Inventory for Real Estate & Construction.
-Planning estimated schedules for ending opening projects in most of the companies. Handling more than nine big companies in different sites and with different customer services branches in some Arab countries.
-Working with Oratech in a new project in a mega retail store based on Oracle Finance with complicated external systems.
-Creating plans for the new mega project "Madinati" city in New Cairo using mySAP ERP system.
-Managing staff of consultants, developers and DBAs groups to help companies staff in all Dept. Sales, Engineers, accounts, banks and managers in all of companies in the group.
-Set training for staff and users according to the plans to upgrade their quality.
- Manage multiple internal Systems and Application Implementation Projects from their inception to successful deployment such as:
- Provide Analysis and design for:
Techincal Insurance System, Oracle Applications, Management Infromation System (MIS) and Security Control Network.
- Implementing the proper application flow for all financial modules in both test & production env. For 5 live cycles. Provide Analysis and design for Techincal Insurance System, Oracle Financial Applications and MIS Project.

a) Re-setting up the modules in the production environment, due to the business needs.
b) Using mapping between legacy systems and oracle modules to migrate data.
