Upgraded the Mail Server of the Amer Group from 2008 to 2010 then upgrade to Version 2012 R2 on Cloud.
Established a new Service Enterprises Server Edition Project for Black Berry, IOS & Android align with Amer Group Domain to be
entire oversight for Amer Group Mail Server of 8K+ Users across all oversights.
Enhanced a New Service, the I-Score Project, for Customer Financial Research prior to contracts with Amer Group by means of IScore
Company for utilization by the New Porto's Customers.

- I divided the Applications Department Organization Structure into two Managements areas one for the SAP ERP Consultants and another for Applications Support for Non-SAP Applications to Support All Companies.
- Dealing with vendor CIC Company for SAP Application consulting to give us Support and to complete the rest of Implementations to holl group ( Now other 3 Companies to Complete SAP Application Implementation). We have SAP Modules as the following (Fico, MM, HCM, SD, CS and PP) Based on nature of each company industrial field.
- Starting with our vendor of SUN Microsystems to deliver the multi infrastructure to two companies Based on the SAP Applications up-running and also with IBM for the rest of companies.

-Creating plans for the new mega project "Madinati" city in New Cairo using mySAP ERP system.
-Managing staff of consultants, developers and DBAs groups to help companies staff in all Dept. Sales, Engineers, accounts, banks and managers in all of companies in the group.
