Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safety Plans in coordination with
project teams.
Prepare and review Lifting Plans for lifting operations.
Select suitable lifting equipment (cranes, slings, shackles, spreader beams, etc)
and ensure compliance with WLL/SWL.
Conduct daily pre-lift inspections of lifting equipment and cranes.
Provide direct supervision during lifting operations.
Ensure strict adherence to the approved lifting plan with no deviations.
Verify that all personnel involved are properly qualified and certified for their
tasks.

«Manage and control HSE documentation lifecycle in line with project and ISO
standards using structured document control systems.
«Ensure all documents are properly numbered, filed, stored, and accessible as

«Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper implementation of HSE
procedures and documentation flow across all disciplines.
«Conduct internal audits on HSE document compliance and follow up on close-
out of findings.
«Prepare and track the issuance of HSE reports, incident logs, near-miss
records, and inspection checklists.
«Provide administrative and technical support to the HSE department to ensure
smooth implementation of health and safety strategies.
«Support the preparation of monthly and weekly HSE statistical reports for
client submission.
«Ensure timely communication and updates of safety bulletins, alerts, and new
