MEP site manger responsible for All MEP work activity all trades(HVAC, FF, Plumbing, Elec) at Down Town Apartment project new Alalamin city. Coordinate with all department (technical, planning, procurement, estimation).reported staff construction manger, senior engineer for all trades. Review all shop drawing and BOQ .negotiate with subcontractor work and review invoices.
Managed all Electra-mechanical construction work including plumping & Electrical & HVAC for budget (450, 000000). Review all initial MEP design for approval. Led and managed of all issues during project construction and commissioning phases. Prepare all shop drawing cast in side related to MEP work required for approval among the owner and the owner's consultants to precede site work. Managed a team of 300 onsite general contractors& sub-contractors for18 months.Manged all coordination required with other construction teams for smooth project flow. Follow project Followed through with competent execution of project plans by providing proper tools and equipment to all MEP construction teams. Facilitated processing submittal and samples among, the owner and the owner's consultants. Estimate the required materials quantity compared with the BOQ list. Efficiently recorded and rejected incorrect deliveries of material to site. Facilitated processing of construction work RF I's, among owner and owner's consultants .Manged all AS built drawing and review for MEP work obtained notices of completion and compliance certifications from all of the construction administration consultants.Submitted all project closeout documents in accordance with the contract. Accurately provided status information on project progress to the project management. Achieved high project progress rate compared with the milestone program.
Managed team of 150 onside direct manpower for 5 years .for installation and
commissioning start up plumping, HVAC system. Educated mechanical team
on the quality standards throughout the construction process.
Work in installation of mechanical work heating, ventilating, air conditioning,
steam distribution equipment, systems and plumping work system.
Supervise, coordinate and control all activities of mechanical construction,
installations, commissioning, testing of equipment, buildings system. Stayed
consistent with project schedules and plans for all installations.
The project contains 5 phase's villas complex with two medical high raise
building. With 27 high rise housing building using chilled water system different
capacity with all related accessories (FCU, AHU....), central package, many
splits. Followed by one year warranty Activities include HVAC, Mechanical
equipment, system maintenance to ensure Plant preventive maintenance
activities are carried as per the schedule. Properly maintained all onside
equipment. Coordinate cohesive functioning of O&M team (HVAC,
Mechanical) to ensure high degree of reliability/availability of equipment and
facilities. Ensure all the field activities are carried out as per Safety standards.
Achievements:
Minimize spare parts consumption as follow:
• Reduce Tire consumptions by 50% by new arrangement
• Reduce mechanical spare parts consumptions by 15% by repair & reuse
• increasing engine overhauling life time by 25% by solving chemise Pitting
• Establish technical office for all data information's and Follow all cases.
• Reduce level faults of machines by 25%
Responsibilities:
Manage all activities of the Maintenance Workshop Department (Equipment, Buses, Vehicles…) to ensure that defined or set objectives are properly attained. Supervise, coordinate and contribute in the construction of the manufacturing plant. Conduct routine inspection of plant equipment, facilities so that maintenance needs are anticipated and planned. • Organize and implement preventive maintenance schedule in order to maximize equipment reliability. Liaise and coordinate with concerned sectors on maintenance activities so as to deliver required services with minimum disruption in operations. Perform technical analysis and evaluation of major problem areas of maintenance so that they can be minimized through elimination of failure conditions Plan and recommend alternative or better operating methods and procedures, workable material control systems, revision or improvement of equipment designs or practical substitution of spare parts and materials in order to minimize maintenance cost .Initiate orders and follow up on required spare parts, materials and services to ensure availability of such goods as the need for them arises. Plan, organize and supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure prompt and efficient completion of jobs handles. Monitor problem areas of maintenance and devise ways and means to eliminate such problems. • Ensure that maintenance materials, spare parts and all inventory items for maintenance are readily available

Responsibilities:
Maintenance mechanical engineer responsibility to all mechanical parts in buses.
Prepare all maintenance works for diesel engine & gear box. Follow up all daily
Corrective maintenance works. Prepare maintenance schedule for engine overhauling
& spare parts requirements. Perform spare parts repair &reuse to minimize spare part
Consumptions such as \{valves, friction discs, air compressors…\}. Increase a/c
Workshop efficiency especially to improve buses quality service. Follow up all
Accident repairs Work.
