o Handover all activities, Items .
o Attending weekly minutes of meeting (MOM), Prepare meeting comments .
o doing nonconformance report (NCR) & Site Instructions (SI) &site correspondence (SC) .
o Monitoring safety Measures at site (PPE) .
o Monitoring, Approving & Inspecting all structures / Architecture items with Contractors.
o Preparing Variation order (VO)& Revising Project Progress.
o Revising Quantity surveying for all items in the project .
o Revising invoices .
o Designing and redesigning the structural elements.
o Dealing with Suppliers and approved the materials for approving.
o Doing the inspections at site.
o Recovering absents of my partners.
o Monitoring the quality standards for all items at site.
o Following the time schedule plan & Recover any delay.

o Directing & Monitoring and controlling daily site activities performance.
o Monitoring compaction, slump test & R.C concrete compressive strength test.
