Duties Includes:
- Handle manpower plan, recruiting process (local & overseas - online searching - post advertisement - interviews - data bank - job offers) with relevant department manager coordination & agencies.
- Employee Relation, disciplinary meeting, circulars, design suitable performance evaluation with final analysis, personnel actions according to labor law & internal policy.
- Exit interview, disciplinary meeting, circulars, personnel actions according to labor law & internal policy.
- Guide, assist, meet work team, projects team.
- Organize, training needs schedules, according to budget.
- Screen, test, counsel, and recommends employees for participation in internal or external training programs with line / dep. managers.
- Induction training program for the mid, entry level.
- Maintain intranet by event information (announcements, congratulations, circulars, holidays, promotions. .etc).
- Update, match JDEdward system (ERP) for HRMS modules with manual, previous system & employee files.
- Shadow excel employee database.
- Supervise company accommodation.
- Identify gaps & set policies and procedures.
- Payroll wages & dedications.
- Suggestions department business plan & workflow.
- Department Presentations.
Duties Includes:
- HR Responsible (recruitment - evaluation - emp. data base - Payroll.).
- Personnel Dep. (daily attendance - calculations - residency - visas - emp. files).
- Government relation & follow up official documents expiry, renewal, new issued.
- Passport saving, receiving, follow up the expiry.
- Follow up by input/ output Accident insurance & cases related.
- Cases coordinator with external legal consultant.
- Business trip arrangements (booking flights - accommodation ..etc).
