Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts.
* Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
* Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
* Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
* Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
* Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
* Be an active and visible coach to executives leaders who are change sponsors.
* Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.

Responsibilities
• Ensure that the Change Management Process is applied complying with ITIL and ISO.
• Receives and allocates a priority to all requests for changes that are totally impractical.
• Generate the impact analysis for the changes.
• Tables all Request for Changes (RFCs) for a Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, issues an agenda and circulates all requests for changes to Change Advisory Board members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration.
• Chairs four CAB meetings a week and ECABs.
• Assesses change requests and its contents for approval via CAB.
• Authorizes acceptable changes, either alone or after a CAB or ECAB has taken place.
• Maintains Change Calendar for the organization.
• Liaises with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules.
• Reviews all implemented changes and chairs a PIR meeting of all failed changes in the organization.
• Reviews all outstanding RFCs
• Analyses change records to determine any trends
• Produces regular management reports
• Define KPIs.
• Manage all the CSIs related to the Change & Configuration Management.
