• Train sales supervisors and representatives what they should do during their daily visit inside stores
• Complete all route daily
• Insure the sales of each outlet
• Insure the availability of all SKU’s and Check the efficiency of Coolers productivity
• Follow up on Zero invoice customers and reduce them accordingly to Min.
• Check limits of customers based on their sales for the last 3 months and adjust accordingly.
• Follow up on the target daily and discuss it with supervisors every day.
