- Monitoring and administrating staff attendance

- Pre-purchase evaluation of tender documents submitted by bidders in tenders related to commissioning various hospital departments with the necessary medical equipment and following the procedures related to setting up the contracts and issuance of the purchase orders)
- Continuously ensuring the site preparation plan execution with the hospital authorities as well as the vendors and updating any changes in sites and delivery times.
-Acceptance of newly acquired equipment through quantitative and qualitative testing for delivered equipment. ( revision of packing lists as well as physical accessories agreed upon in the purchase orders and functional testing of the equipment).
- perform/supervise skilled preventive/breakdown maintenance tasks on medical equipment.
- conducts/supervise preventive maintenance checks and inspections by observation and application of test instruments.
- Analyzes equipment for failure, faults or malfunctions based on experience and skill with the use of appropriate test instruments with reference to technical literature and schematics.
- Performs incoming inspection of new equipment prior to use.
- Prepares and enters data in logs, reports, forms and equipment recordings concerning inspections, repairs.
- Assist in setting up and reviewing contracts for equipment purchase and service contracts.
- Training of the medical staff on the safe and proper use of the equipment.
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
- Diagnosing breakdown problems, Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly
-Carrying out quality inspections on jobs, Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues
-Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components, Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
