Additionally, I contribute expertise to H&M balance preparation, process stimulation, Sea Line Replacement project, and Gas Bottlenecking pre-project endeavors. My responsibilities extend to overseeing the updating and review of P&ID's, as well as revising RFMs and conducting process studies. Within the realm of engineering, I specialize in developing, configuring, and optimizing processes for the AlJurf field, alongside conducting assessments, measurements, and data interpretation. I excel in reviewing designs, testing, and upgrading systems, and am adept at preparing RFM modification requests and participating in engineering studies. Furthermore, I lead the effort to update technical drawings for AlJurf facilities, including those for the BD1 platform and FARWA FPSO.

As the individual responsible for overseeing the production facilities within the plant, my duties encompass a wide array of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols. This includes generating daily production reports on the computer, issuing work orders for plant maintenance equipment, and closely monitoring all production processes. I am proficient in isolating and lining up equipment before and after maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety instructions. Additionally, I provide mentorship to separation units while closely observing key parameters such as pressure, temperature, level, and flow rate. My responsibilities extend to managing all processes necessary for plant operation and meticulously following strict HSE procedures while working on the computer within the plant. I am also tasked with overseeing and signing work permits, including hot or cold permits, and complementary permits as needed. Furthermore, I analyze specifications, schedules, logs, and test results to determine necessary changes to equipment controls to meet product specifications. Regular inspection of equipment, verification of product quality and quantity through instrument observation, and prompt response to warning signals indicating malfunctions, such as leaks or breakage, are crucial aspects of my role. I also contribute to maintaining equipment integrity by cleaning processing units using appropriate chemicals and solvents.

provides steam for Mines campus. It operates manually and through the boiler plant
manager system, boilers, steam generators, water treatment equipment, air
compressors, pumps and associated equipment for proper boiler plant operation and
steam system distribution. It visually inspects and tests the operation of valves,
meters, gauges, levels, tanks, traps and equipment noting malfunctions and making
any needed repairs or adjustments. It logs readings, records and enters data.

As the operator in charge of controlling the Oil and Gas separation plant and downstream units via the ABB DCS system, I oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficient and safe operations within quality standards. This includes developing or updating process operating guidelines for reference, controlling process start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting, and adjusting operating parameters as needed. I actively engage in training to enhance knowledge of existing and new equipment and safety standards, while also defining and implementing necessary operating condition changes to optimize plant performance. During shifts, I manage the shutdown or start-up of units/equipment, providing directives to field operators after coordination with other DCS Operators and the Shift Supervisor. Additionally, I coordinate testing of major instrumentation equipment and ensure the proper functioning of controllers, alarm systems, and process parameters in the DCS panel and control room instruments. Under my technical supervision, I uphold the efficiency and effectiveness of field operators.
