Supervision of all the activities that aims to perform the environmental compliance, with regard to local and international regulations. These activities include, but not limited to:
- Risk Analysis and assessment for environmental aspects and providing mitigation measures for adverse impacts and to enhance the positive impacts.
- Air Quality Control through Measurements, monitoring and providing control measures.
- Periodic reporting of KPIs and or other tools that support management in decision making.
- Waste management including industrial effluents.
- Supervision of water treatment and landscape in the industrial compound.

• Supervise the environment & safety activities for mining and processing operations.
• Drawing the plans for executing the environmental and safety policy, and ensuring that it is in compliance with the national environment & safety regulations.
• Hold meetings with deferent departments to assure that the Environment & Safety policy is applied.
• Tracking the deficiencies of every department to resolve the complications that may restrict the application of HSE regulations.
• Reporting the HSE performance of different departments to the management.
• Reporting accidents and HSE events to the management and,
• Suggesting the corrective actions with the management as to avoid recurrence of incidents/ accidents.

• 0Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
• Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
• Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations.
• Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
• Provide support to the dept on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc
• Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management

• Performs reporting, risk assessments, auditing and observes all quality, environmental health and safety related activities and policies.
• Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to national, provincial and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and other parties QHSE policies.
• Performs post-incident investigations and communicates with the Manager and others until all action items have been closed.
• Files QHSE documents and participates in job risk analysis and continual improvement.

• Managing the bio-remediation project carried by the company at oilfields, South Sudan
• Conducting EIA studies.
• Providing technical support for the company EIA teams

- • Supervise the company projects.
• Assist in the preparation of technical specifications for contract works.
• Supervise/ coordinate of the field survey missions.
• Install some equipment provided by the company
