Field of Company: Construction, Bridges and Roads Projects. Positions: Senior Cost Control Engineer (March 2023 - Till now)
• Mange 6 Projects (residential, commercial Buildings - Bridges - Roads)
• Study the projects documents, drawings, specifications and bill of quantities.
• Review contractors extracts and invoices before the financial department .
• Generate projects (monthly - quarter) cost reports and providing solutions and advising on corrective actions .
• Update cash flow and providing a monthly situation analysis.
• Participate in monitoring the project, reporting and managing project dashboards.
• Submit all analyses & reports on Power BI.
Positions:Cost Control Engineer (May2021 toJuly 2022)
•Study the project documents, drawings, specifications and bill of quantities and provide cost analysis reports.
•Track changes &variation, estimate and analyze cost.
•Prepare cost estimates and cost breakdown for newer activities.
•Prepare subcontractors’ payments based on the approved quantity survey from TO Engineer.
•Prepare project expenses report by compare it to budget.
Positions:Steel Detailer (Mar.2020 to April 2021)
•Create detailed structural steel models in Tekla Structures software
•Generate fabrication drawings and material lists from the models
•Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy andcompleteness of designs
•Use industry standards and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency of designs
•Communicate with fabricators and contractors to ensuresuccessful fabrication andconstruction ofstructures.
•Review and analyze project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance.
Positions:Site Engineer(May2019 to Feb. 2020)
•Checktechnical designs and drawings for accuracy and toensure that they are followed correctly.
•Supervising contracted staff.
•Ensureproject packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
•Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects and other professionals, especiallyquantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
•Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
•Preparesite reports and logging progress.
•Ensurethathealthandsafety rules.
•Monitor project progress, oversee ongoing site operations, and ensure deadlines are met.
•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and control of the on-site workforce.
•Preparesite reports and contractors' receipts
•Propose process andtechnical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
•Reviewconstruction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
