● Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
● Take part in the project management review and risk management review
● Review subcontractor invoices.
● Documenting project issues / conditions.
● Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
● Perform other related duties as required.
● Prepare the Architectural & Coordination shop drawings for the on-hand projects.
● Coordination work between all disciplines such as Architectural, Structural and Electromechanical elements.
● Prepare the Building Information models and include the coordination works.
● Preparing and creating the required technical studies related to project site planning and mobilizations,
following up the execution of the contractual obligations undertaking on the project and collecting the internal
monitoring forms according to the instructions, preparing the revised BOQ.
● Following up receiving the approved drawings and distribute it to the site engineers.
● Prioritize and delegate tasks, provide motivation and direction to create a positive work environment and
ensure accurate, on-time completion.
● Responsible for the following projects :
●Managing the technical process of the projects during executing period and reporting to the project manager

● Attending weekly progress and coordination meetings…etc
● Managing civil & Architectural operations, construction and engineering works
● Setting status reports, target dates …etc to achieve execution Schedule.
● Monitoring quality control to ensure that the construction specifications are adhered to for different items
● Monitoring the progress and managing the project’s cost control.
● Solving construction problems and any daily issue on hand.
● Meeting deadlines and operational requirements.
● Monitoring safety applications on site
