Supervision of quality control system
Q.C Supervisor in raw materials lab. (01-2009 till now)
➢ RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare and write the relevant quality control documents as specifications, analytical monographs, sampling process and technical instructions according to the B.P and U.S.P pharmacopeias.
* Perform routine sampling and analysis of active and inactive starting materials ( Identification test, limit test, relative density, particle size measurement, optical rotation, related substances, assay)
* Perform status changes ( quarantined, released or rejected)
* Keep starting materials reference samples.
* Prepare reagents and volumetric solutions.
* Prepare and certify working standards.
* Prepare certificates of analysis.
* Conduct analytical methods ( instrumental and no instrumental)
* Responsible of the MOH affairs of raw materials.
* Implement cGMP and GLP standards in the laboratory.
* Follow up raw material through the production stage for any problems could happen.
➢ Responsible for operation of the following instruments: HPLC (Agilent, Shimadzu and Waters), U.V spectrophotometer ( Shimadzu),
Karl Fisher ( For water determination), Polarometer, Viscometer, Melting point,
Infra Red spectroscopy, Refractive index.
