Responsibilitiesu**
• Report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and manage all inventory activities from the financial perspective on the SAP system.
• Deal with pricing processes in SAP to enable smooth operations.
• Review and ensure compliance with inventory procedures as per company policies.
• Conduct daily reviews and reconciliation of all transactions affecting stocks.
• Manage pricing processes on SAP ensuring consistent healthy margin percentages for all SKUs.
• Monitor processing of orders, goods receipt and issue vouchers through systems and reconcile with physical documents.
• Manage transactions for goods write-off in SAP as per management approvals.
• Coordinate annual and perpetual inventory counts of all SKUs at all company storage facilities on schedules based on ABC analysis of stock movements as required.
• Analyze stock deviations and report all variances above accepted tolerance levels.
• Conduct monthly review and reconciliation of inventories at 35 van sales storage locations.
• Monitor and report performance on daily and monthly basis as per key performance indicators (KPI) - stock accuracy, variances, stock levels, stock ageing - for inventory management.
• Participate in activities related to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting and budgetary compliance.
• Work in streamlining operational procedures for improving workflow and increasing productivity.
• Contribute to the interface implementation between SAP ERP and Exceed WMS.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics and sales team to manage inventories to achieve company business objectives.

Projects
• Stores Outsourcing Project - Al Islami outsourced the complete stores to Agility Logistics. Participated as a key user in the entire process starting with system integration of SAP with Exceed WMS, EDI interface and physical transfer of storage and loading activities to Agility.
• Contributed as a key user in the project for integration of van sales hand held terminals (HHT) of 35 salesmen with the SAP system.
• New factory integration on SAP - Worked as a member of the implementation committee and reviewed bills of materials (BOM) and production plans.
• Participated as a key user for MM and FI modules in the first SAP integration project in the company (2009)
