Reviewing /Conducting thorough financial analysis for the underlying companies and new finance proposals using different analytical methods such as horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis and cash flow analysis ending up with a summary to show the week and strong aspects of the company and its ability to repay its financial obligations.
Attending the credit committee to present the financial analysis report and reply to any inquires if required.
Coordinating and supervising a team of financial analysts, imparting training on organizational policies/ procedures to ensure bottom up adherence.
1.In charge of Analyzing and evaluating direct investment opportunities presented to the group in the form of proposals or PPMs for equity participation worldwide.
2.Building financial models to assess financial viability of different projects (Investment cost, Financial structure, cash flow projections, DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis)
3.Conducting thorough analysis (Market/Industry, SWOT & Financials).
4.Assessing the proposed expansion for the existing companies of the group
5.Preparing analytical, performance and valuation reports to provide recommendations for new opportunities and proposed expansion of existing groups’ companies in light of the group’s policies.
6.Coordinate with international consultancy firms to carry out technical, market and financial feasibility study and valuation reports.
7.Preparing Country Reports combined with Country Risk Assessment in case of any potential investment opportunity worldwide.
8.Formulating ‘Investment Rating Division’ process for evaluating existing companies of the group.
9.Provide interpretation of government legislations and fiscal policies affecting potential and current investments.
1.Conduct thorough credit analysis for the underlying companies and new finance proposals using modeling tools and available intelligence reports. The output include historical financial statements analysis, projections, market& industry analysis, assessment of the management capabilities, risk analysis (SWOT) and sensitivity analysis.
2.Determine and formulate the suitable Credit lines, Medium Term Loans and related procedures that meet the client’s financial needs according to the bank’s credit policy.
3.Present the recommendations to the relevant authority for approval.
4.Involved in the preparation of the facilities documentation.
5.Monitor the performance of the company and report any deviations on monthly basis.
6.Prepare periodical portfolio review and present it when needed.
1.In charge of start-up and expansion projects seeking medium term finance.
2.Using modeling tools and intelligence reports to make prudent forecasts and projections for the company/project financials.
3.Conducting in-depth financial statement analysis and preparing the feasibility study aiming to calculate size of risk involved in financed project and to determine and calculate Project’s medium and long term financing needs and its ability to meet its obligations. The study concludes credit worthiness of project through conducting a market survey, assessing management capabilities and projecting financial statements for the project and its relevant financial ratios ending up with the appropriate recommendations.
