• Pre study the contract documents, BOQ and specifications.
• Identify subcontractor's scope of work and get quotations.
• Negotiate quotations with sub-contractor to insure the budget/ profit achieved.
• Coordinating with all disciplines "MEP, Structure, Landscape and Architecture".
• Solving all discrepancies between Structural, MEP and Architectural drawing.
• Preparing of shop drawings and material submittals.
• Raising RFI's and Field RFI as needed.
• Preparing details as needed for construction use.
• Attending client/consultant meetings.
• Attending variation meetings and reporting progress.
• Value Engineering.
• Insure that projects are running smoothly within budget and time line.
• Payment review and approval.
• Payment invoice.
• Reviewing all claims and made technical assessment against contract specifications.
