My responsibilities were:
-----Design / Technical Office Skills:
*Prepare & Review Design Calculations, drawings based on national codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, and UPC).
*Prepare & Review the Specifications and BOQ. *Prepare Method Statement for Installation different Systems.
*Receive, Validate Resolve and Reply RFIs. *Prepare Compliance Report replying on all NCR. *Review material specifications to ensure they adhere to the standards.
*Project Estimation and Tender evaluation. *Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations to support Procurement team. *Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the product.

Project Area / Cost: 3000 square meters / 80 million QR.
Supervision Consultant: Sketch Qatar.
4- Car Parking: Ventilation for car parking with total area 12000 square meters including jet fans, exhaust and fresh air fans which designed using CFD analysis).
Job duties were:
*Preparing design drawings for mechanical works (H.V.A.C & Plumbing).
*Modelling / Coordination of Mechanical Disciplines using Revit MEP.
*Preparing shop drawings for Mechanical works (H.V.A.C & Plumbing).
*Preparation & submission of method statement & ITP.
*Ensure all inspections at site are running as per ITP.
*Coordinate mechanical works with other disciplines.
*Review Specifications and BOQ.

1- Car Parking Basement Ventilation: Total area is about 1700 square meters.
