1- Handling customer's activation requests.
2- Communicate with Telecom Egypt to solve work orders problems.
3- Communicate with technicians in assigned zone to handle lines installation in Telecom Egypt exchanges & customer's home visits

1- Handling customer's complaints through E-mails, trouble tickets & phone.
2- Follow up with customers requested service deactivation trying retaining them.
