phases of work
phase one:
piling implementation for two towers and podium
294 boarding piles with diameter 1200mm and 56 m depth using drilling
machines Casagrand B850&B300
715 boarding piles with diameter 800 mm and 41 m depth using drilling
machines Casagrand B250, Bauer Bg25, Bauer Bg30

phase two:
Raft foundation implementation for each tower raft area was 1500 m2 for each
tower & depth was 3m passing all following steps:
a- uncover 294 piles head till cutoff lvl.
b-casting a plain concrete slap less than cutoff lvl. by 5 cm
c-removing piles head
d-all isolation works for piles head (water stop, grouting and pvc isolation)
*Egypt-CBD
Working as a zone construction manager in CBD towers D04 & D05 project,
responsible for piling implementation with diameter 1200mm and 35 m depth using injection technology (shaft/ tip base) injection using machines Soilmec sr90/60
working in progress now

coordination among projects n the same prog. and making sure that all executive situations in all of it are matched with all executive plans and time scheduling according to valid resorses considering its piriorities.
keeping an eye on the company financial situation .
following up all company's financial dues and extracts
