Management) according to business requirements.

• Manage day to day P2P operations among procurement team to insure compliance and highest level of controls.
• Conducting market research, as well as creating cost estimates and forecasts.
• Developed a database of vendors and products to enable efficient and cost-effective procurement.
• Develop and provide proper sources for supplying the company with materials & maintain records for suppliers and
different sources.
• Controlling the company purchasing plan through monitoring company stocks and controlling for the requested
materials.
• Following up with purchasing team for all purchasing processes, starting from receiving the PR, sending RFQ, issuing
PO, receiving the material or service, posting the invoice and finalizing supplier payment on SAP.
• Defining lead time and budgetary offers for upcoming projects to ensure availability and cost-effective procurement.
• Categorizing all materials into Purchasing Categories, this will help all other teams in their demand plan.
• Reporting Procurement Activities through dashboards using Power Bi obtaining data from SAP reports.
• Define release strategy matrix for PRs & POs to be implemented on SAP.

• Receive, execute, update, and follow-up the process of spare parts local and foreign purchasing including:
1. Perform a Purchase Requisition Analysis.
2. Execute needed preparation of acquisition proposals.
3. Collect offers/quotations from suppliers and prepare commercial conditions comparison sheet between suppliers for
analysis.
4. Evaluate the received proposals in regards of technical acceptance, quality, delivery conditions and payment terms.
5. Negotiate with suppliers regarding price and delivery time and update data on SAP system.
6. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Measure operational KPIs and compare them against set targets (internal purchasing cycle time, supplier delay, days
of payable outstanding, etc.)
• Performing all above purchasing cycle on ERP System SAP.

• Responsible for Mechanical Category as operation & maintenance services (Material / Service) related to FLS sites.
• Direct contact with suppliers and make a deals to enhance our relationship.
• Sourcing for potential suppliers and recommends those most desirable.
• Evaluate vendors proposals technically in compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and issue Purchase order (POs), Request for quotations (RFQ) and other related documents (RFP).
• Follow arrived material to our warehouse and reported with internal inspections (Technical / Qty.)
• Receive invoices from vendors to issue RFP and to follow with financial department until payment is complete.
• Performing all above purchasing cycle on ERP System Maximo.

• Issue RFQ for the requested PR, follow up receiving quotations from the suppliers, collect offers from suppliers, create
and modify the schedule agreements/contracts in SAP, communicate and follow up with internal requesters.
• Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at
competitive pricing.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Locates substitute materials whenever possible with equal performance and better prices.
• Performing all above purchasing cycle on ERP System SAP.
