Project Scope is finishing of 6th October sports hall with 4500 seating capacity, African Handball
Academy, African Handball confederation building and Hotel.
o Project Area and Budget : 31, 680 m2 with budget 1.4 Billion EGP.

- Job Description
 Supervise all Finishing activities such as block work, plumbing, plastering, false ceiling,
painting, epoxy flooring, tilling and marble works, curtain wall, and installation of wall cladding
and perforated metal panels (Metal mask).
 Supervise of ongoing civil and construction works.
 Coordinate with MEP engineering team to finish the work without any reflection with the
architectural designs.
 Allocate work to contractors and labor in sites.
 Check the quality of all the materials received on sites.
 Follow up with contractors and labor efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage.
 Submit Data of work Progress Reports.

Promote and sell ready-mixed Concrete.
 Work closely with quality control professionals to determine the most effective way to meet
product specifications.
 Visiting sites regularly to receive customer feedback and ensure customer needs are being
met.
 Dealing with contractors and supervised concrete pours.
Extra responsibilities (Quality Control )
 Selecting carefully the raw material used in the mix through conducting the necessary tests for
each Concrete component to confirm the desired quality.
 Help quality control team to design the mix according to customer or consultant desire.
 Dealing with the ministry of works engineers and technicians to check of calibration of weighing
scales of batching plants and testing equipments.
 Organize and distribute the truck mixers and concrete pumps to sites and insure performance
of equipments.
