Job Profile:
Involved in evaluation/ approval of materials based on project specifications and shop drawings for the
entire project
Collaborate with the project manager in catering to stakeholders, guiding team members in ensuring
compliance to project delivery schedules.
Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.
Respond to RFI from contractors. Draft and present various status reports for the senior leadership team
and other stakeholders based on business requirements.
Coordinate activities related to onsite supervision/ inspection of architectural and civil works.
Managed projects including onsite interfaces and de-conflicting of tasks
Acknowledged materials delivered at site based on approved samples, materials and equipment
Obtaining required permits and reviewing project budgets
