Managing Litigation, Guardians and Civil teams under Collection Department while reporting to the Unit Head. Responsible to control the processes for all criminal/civil actions requested by the department members while ensuring adherence to the prevailing policies & procedures.
Managing Home finance collection teams and reporting to the Home finance collections Head.
Responsible to control the delinquency, provisions and net credit loss and ensuring the current
procedures are maintained.
Managing “Bucket 1, Bucket 2, Bucket 3 and Bucket 4” teams.
Responsible for AED 1.2 Billion of the Home Finance Portfolio managing the hardcore and recovery teams “Bucket 4+”
Managing three different teams with more than ten thousands accounts for three different portfolios
and reporting directly to the department head. Responsible for delinquency control and effectively
utilizing follow-up programs to reduce the delinquencies for the department.
Responsible for the Retail, large and Dubai Islamic Bank Portfolio.
Direct daily activities for credit team to ensure proper documentation of the files and timely processing
of credit requests from initial file submission to offer letter issuance, within established turnaround time.
Conduct initial review of the file in order to ensure file meets established quality standards and product
parameters. Serve as liaison between credit and other departments.
Main role is to analysis, process the loans applications according to the policy criteria, and make decisions to approve, cancel or reject the application.
Responsibility for reducing the errors reported in the policy review individually and cross the team. Achieving
