Coordination with Sales team Regarding Orders Deliverance and Planned orders of ISO
Tanks/Tonners/Cylinders on Weekly basis.
➢ Engaging procurement for Suggesting vendors and deliverance of product on time.
➢ Day-to Day execution of activities in plant.
➢ Testing of ISO tanks and Cylinders on schedule basis.
➢ Making sure of Product readiness before Cut-off date of vessel ETD.
➢ Close Follow up with logistics team for Vessel availability, Booking and BL
Execution of Activities within timeline and allocated budget.
➢ Assigning activities between teams for outcomes.
➢ Vetting of packing List, Commercial Invoices and BL from client.
➢ Achieving of Weekly and monthly targets regarding readiness of product.
➢ Coordination with authorities for legal documentations.
➢ Submission of daily reports.
➢ Creation of sales order and Loan orders by using Sage ERP.
➢ Attending urgent CM calls, Electrical audit inspection of sites and its Rectification
➢ Records handling of monthly Maintenance and providing material. Quality test of DG and
Electrical devices, handling of technical team and resolving client’s queries regarding project.
➢ Creating Bill of quantities against conducted survey, Submissions of company proposals
Submitting quotations for queries.
➢ Upgradation and installation of Equipment’s at Sites and Core location. 2500 KVA, 3000 KVA TF
installation and commissioning on site along with LT and HT panel at Telenor MSC Karachi
KKQ995, Lahore LLR995 and Islamabad IIB023
➢ Power planning (deployment of Batteries, Diesel Generator regarding Grid status) and Energy
management (Grid billing, Net metering).
➢ Quality Data analysis, reducing operational expenditure by using procurement and improve
inventory management and approval of budget from Capital expenditure on deployment of
equipment’s.
➢ Completion of SOW as Per SLA and allocated budget.
➢ Preparation of budget for Projects, planning of project, cost and resource controlling.
➢ Daily basis coordination with vendor for follow-ups and expediting ongoing projects.
➢ Designing Solar System and Installation on site i.e 3KW, 7KW, 15KW solar system deployment on
site and installation.
➢ MEP designing and Deployment of 20KVA, 30KVA Diesel Generators with allied materials.
➢ Resolving operation and maintenance day to day activities,
➢ Daily task of uploading North core location fuelling data, maintaining Energy record and utilizing
other resources for reduction of Opex and sharing with higher management,
➢ Supply of CM/PM materials and maintaining related data.
➢ Attending daily meetings with head of dept for smooth operational activities. Completion of Data
center shifting (overseeing dismantling and installation of related equipment).
➢ Handling of FLM teams.
➢ Installation and commissioning of DGs (1000, 500, 455, 400, 200) KVA at site location,
➢ Installation of UPS (160, 60) KVA and 400KVA Transformer
HVAC Stulz and Floor standing monthly and daily maintenance.
➢ Overseeing Fire system with FM200.Fire Drill, Assuring PPE's
➢ Resolving operation and maintenance daily basis tasks.
➢ Completion of day-to-day task related allocated scope of work.24/7 availability
➢ Backup plans Incas of main power failure, assuring zero down time of site.
➢ Part of FLM team and engaging resource on queries and complaints.
➢ Maintaining inventory and records of day to day, Corrective and preventive data.
➢ Supply of maintenance materials.
➢ Resolving client’s queries and engaging procurement for deployment of new infrastructure.
➢ Supervision of installed DGs (1000, 500, 455, 400, 200) KVA Maintenance of UPS (160, 60) KVA and
HVAC (Stulz and Floor standing) Fire system with fm200 Fire Drill, Assuring PPE's.
➢ Troubleshooting of ATS/AMF
➢ Supervision of construction and maintenance projects.
