- Provide contractual support to project stakeholders.
- Drafting contracts terms and conditions.
- Claim identification inclusive of scope changes, schedule delay and disruption, payment claims, termination claims, Unforeseen and differing site conditions,
- Identify liability, quantify damages, and assist in resolving the dispute in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Analyze construction contract and the parties’ performance throughout the construction duration,
- Provide ongoing support in assessing or validating entitlement and quantification of damages to promote resolution.
- Preparing contractual responses to all correspondences.
- Reviews and recommendations to senior management level for claims and other contractual matters.
- Tender documents and contracts documents preparation.
- Responsible to provide senior-level guidance to assigned personnel, and ensures proficiency and timeliness of all contract administration functions in conjunction.
- Participating in negotiation of more difficult, complex, or sensitive issues with stakeholders.
- Support other contractual requirements as deemed necessary including, contractual dispute resolutions, preparing contractual responses and procedures, assessing bidding and offers, attending contractual meeting with project stakeholders.
- Participating in setting procedures and forms relevant to contractual tasks.
