Monitor payroll reconciliation to ensure of accuracy of the results.
Prepare job offer for new hire to determine competitive salary according to our salary structure.
Assist in prepare performance management system to motivate and monitor employee performance
Compiling wages and recording data for use in payroll processing.
Preparing end-of-month calculations for payroll.
Controlling vacation balance.
