- Managing Engineering team for two industrial facilities. 1st: Chocolate, Cake, snacks and biscuits Factory (33, 000 m2), 2nd: Chewing Gum Factory (13, 500 m2) with total 45 team members.
- Preparation, review and optimize annual OPEX (20 M SAR) & CAPEX requirement with proper justification.
- Managed to decrease the OPEX of my department by 2 M-SAR within the last 4 years while there is inflation in Energy Tariffs.
- Develop the team skills and talent for specific expertise areas to support the business growth. I recruited around 40% new team members during the last 7 Years then I worked on improving their skills till they are holding the responsibility of the working shift.
- Apply HSE regulations and Energy management system in both factories. We achieved 90%+ for all our HSE KPIs yearly in addition to enhance the knowledge related to Energy management between Manufacturing team members.
- We achieved savings around 25% ofTotal Energy during the last 6 Years. We achieved 7 years with ZERO LTA in Engineering department.
- Ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and take actions that are in line with the strategic goals of the company to improve our work efficiency.
- We decreased the MTTR and MTBF both both factories and created a system to monitor the performance of Engineering team members to close all open work orders from PM or other department

- Monitoring and issuing all reports related to Engineering department KPIs (Budget KPIs, MTBF, MTTR, Safety KPIs, Food safety KPIs).
- Create a system to monitor and control all Energy KPIs in both factories (Electricity, Diesel, LPG, Water, waste water consumption) to apply the best practice for energy savings.
- Member of manufacturing team who work on applying all production standards for Nestle Food company (Co- Manufacturing)
- Manage to decrease the expenses of HVAC system by 1 M SAR / Year by saving refrigerants usage and spare parts for 80 centralized A/C units and 15 Air cooled chillers.
- Achieved ZERO LTA and 95% near misses closure % for Utilities Section.
- Improved my team members to cover each other during the year without any impact on the production operation.

- Apply the required PM plan for Utilities equipment in both factories (GUM factory/ Chocolate, Cake factory).
- Participate in planning and executing the new projects related to upgrade existing production lines and install new production lines.
- Implementing all Safety rules and over achieved all KPIs related to Utilities section by 90%+ (Safety Nms, Audits, ZERO LTA, Safety training hours, ZERO No. of Safety violations)
- Monitoring and maintain the budget for the department monthly
- Complete the structure and improve the performance of the team in both factories
- Plan the CAPEX yearly and apply it for both factories
- Upgrade the equipment and modify the boilers, compressed air, chillers networks
- Revise, check and approve all the imported spare parts
FMCG Multinational Company
Reports to : Engineering Manager
- Member of project team in modification new production lines (three production lines from 2012 till 2014).
- Reviewed contracted work performed by vendors. Provided technical support and maintenance as needed.
- Issued the required weekly reports related to PM activities and schedule all pending activities during line shutdown (Open activities under Health and Safety, Quality, Production, Engineering).
- Identifying needs of outsourced services/contracts in responsibility.
- Guiding team in daily and weekly decision making and prioritizing
- Manage utilities maintenance team who is responsible for Pump rooms, FF system, wastewater treatment plant, Air/Nitrogen network, LV electrical panels, generators, transformers, CIP network, civil works.
- Manage mechanical team who is responsible for HVAC system, Potato storage WH, Potato intake area where all potato hoppers, conveyors are supplying 3 production lines.
