Scope of Works / Role: Project Management - City Planning, Frame Work & Concept Design Stage.

Scope of Works / Secondment Role: Project Management - Design Stage for the complete refurbishment of
three 5 stars hotel facilities for Abu Soma Development. (Robinson Club, Sheraton and Westin resorts)
§ Survey and report facilities status to develop with the Client a scope brief capturing the requirements for
each of the hotels (including back of house, front areas, rooms, open areas, kitchen and restaurants.
§ Manage works budgeting and staging strategy.
§ Coordinate with Hotels management to assure the minimum disturbance to the operational facilities.
§ Develop packaging and procurement strategy for required services, RFPs, tending stage and
appointments.
§ Manage, chair and attend progress meetings conference calls and workshops.
§ Manage the flow of information in between the different consultants.
§ Monitor and evaluation stage performance and reporting to client.
§ Manage the processing of required Ministerial Decree and other Authorities approvals.
