1. Manage the Team to:
• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of SE products. Communicates with customer and consultant to determine project requirements.
• Determines current and future customer needs and provides quotation for optimum delivery based on plant capacity and customer requirements.
• Reviews customer specifications/drawings to ensure quote is technically compatible and competitive.
• Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard.
2. Serves as peer expert for proposal questions including complex technical issues and bid strategies.
3. Reviews and analyzes volume of quotes/hit rate in the market place. Develops a sales strategy and recommends solutions to increase proposal based business.
4. Follows up on outstanding quotations to secure orders, improve quotation process and measure effectiveness. Communicates to group importance of using new tools and technology to improve efficiency.
5. Monitor & Control team KPIs (Hit Rate, quality of service / commitment, offer lead time, & Order intake.
6. Manage the load Vs capacity to ensure load distribution among team - based on Skill Matrix - to ensure controlled queue.
7. Submit MBRs / QBRs (Monthly / Quarter business review)\
8. Communicate the sales forecast to downstream to ensure adequate planning for factory Load Vs Capacity.
1. Provide technical & commercial offers after understanding & interperting customer specifications/drawings.
2. Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard.
3. Using tools to prepare cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, procurement, communication management plans. (I2C, Powerfix, SAP, MS Project, MS Office).
4. Assisting in project statement of work, contract review including technical & commercial terms, identify project scope, project constrains and customer expectations, major risks.
5. Monitor and control project progress performance throughout project lifecycle, obtain, verify deliverables, attend status meeting, provide performance and status reports, forecast project completion schedule, budget, Configuration management, tracking project updates and modifications.
6. Lead the closeout of the project to include financial reconciliation, verification of job site equipment arrival, installation, start-up, and training support completion through review of internal system information,
7. Contact with the customer, and coordination with support services such as field services, after-shipment support, and training functions. Validate project performance against target profitability.
1-Responsible for electrical installations in sites especially in gas stations.
2-Making Offers
3-Designing & executing control circuits.
4-Supervising workers at the site to guarantee delivering the work according to the right specifications and the safety precautions.
