Job Purpose Statement;
Making daily meeting to discuss the daily tasks, targeted operation, previously performance and imperfection.
Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, put away, packing, labeling, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms and various types of equipment.
Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
May participate in the selection, training and supervision of subordinates, when applicable.
Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee that materials are received, stored, shipped, accounted for and reported in accordance with established procedures, and handling in racked warehouses ( Capacity 62, 000 pallets positions ) 43, 000 sq m warehouse space .
Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP's (Standard Operations Procedures), the IMS (Inventory Management System) and KPI’s (key performance indicators) procedures in place and reports on any deviations with suggestions if any to the Warehouse manager.
To ensure that the finished goods received from plant are properly packed& stored at appropriate places in Warehouse.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relations with Employees.
Prepare and maintain routine records ex. attendance sheets.
Monitor the loading and unloading process and is in charge of all warehouse activities.
Ability to be flexible in work assignments and accept changes in duties and work assignments as needed.
Monitoring the warehouseman& warehouse to insure that they meet safety conditions.
Insurance that the shipped orders meets the required accuracy.
Helps to increase the performance of work process by solving problems that affects warehouse man productivity.
Follow up the maintenance and cleaning crews to ensure that industry sanitation and safety codes.
Perform another duties upon request from clients& Superintendents.
Completing the handover sheets to complete any pending tasks with other Co-workers.
Working with different types of warehouses as (Industrial, FMCG, food products, raw material, and garment).
Job Purpose Statement;
Receive, store, Put away, Pick and ship merchandise that is kept in warehouse.
Places incoming supplies on shelves or in assigned areas; makes necessary adjustments to invoice records.
Makes deliveries to the Customers or other departments, carrying any paperwork with delivered goods and retaining copies.
Operates simple office machines (which includes in some cases computer-assisted inventory, automotive equipment, and may operate a forklift or other light equipment used in moving heavy items) .
Assists with the inventory of the warehouse supplies.
Performs related duties as assigned by the Superintendent or his designee.
Ability to follow instructions and organize work duties accordingly.
Stock clerks keep records as goods enter and leave the warehouse; most of the information is contained in bar codes, which the clerks have to scan and check.
Work at a rapid pace to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
