 Review Project design packages for HVAC, Pumps, and Elevators; provide comments and suggestions for the development of a particular design package based on Saudi Aramco standards and specifications applicable.
 Review and evaluate equipment data sheets, specifications and technical specifications for all equipment being procured to be used, this is in compliance to Saudi Aramco’s Engineering Standards.
 Coordinate with contracts group for the scheduling of job explanation meeting, site visits, bid openings and clarification, and project awarding to winning contractors.
 Manage and supervise the contractors during the project execution, follow up on the planned job implementation schedule with setting weekly meetings with contractor as well as constant coordination to the proponent for the work progress, and resolve installation issues and drawing discrepancies as per actual site conditions.
 Responsible for scheduling final inspection requirements, testing and commissioning, and preparation of closing documents for completed project.

Have successfully completed the Field Engineer Academy - Coiled Tubing (8 weeks) including;
Electronic Engineering Handbook, CT Operating Standards, Fundamentals of CT Engineering, Nitrogen Fundamentals, Real Time Data Acquisition, and IADC WellCAP Well Control.

Refractory / Mechanical Field Engineer

 Responsible for all the refractory work in Anode Baking Furnace
 Performs calculations and preliminary analyses.
 Participate in preparation of material requisitions, specifications and other related procurement documents and follow up procurement material with Bechtel’s Procurement Department and contractor.
 Perform day-to-day inspections to make sure the contractor follows Bechtel procedures and project specifications.
 Review method of statement for equipment or piping installation submitted by contractors.
 Prepare equipment lists with technical and procurement information.
 Coordinate the work of all disciplines with respect to quality and technical consistency.
 Issue Field Quality Surveillance Report (FQSR) and Non Conformance Report (NCR).
 Prepare punch items list and mechanical completion certificate and ensure it complies with project scope of work, drawings and project specifications.
