My mission is to handle the upkeep of any company, cost reduction, & optimum warehouse. It is not a simple task due to many
factors! The task has to consider production stability, reliability of the machines, environment, etc.
Risks, Check, re-design, improve the maintenance programs that assure stable machine running, desired production rate,
Preventive/Predictive maintenance programs, qualified staff, spare parts studies, shutdown plans, root cause analysis, & proactive maintenance, Staff training and new hires, Research for new equipment, safety, Managing budgets and expenditures: it
is the meaning of all what is mentioned above “The Cost”, how will you manage the annual cost? How will it affect the
Shareholders business? We can say any company as a concept is focusing on the cost of the famous 5Ms equation: Man +
Machine + Method + Material.

This just is my new Position in Rajhi Steel In our New HOT ROLLING MILL LINE one of the biggest rolling mill around the World with the productivity more than 1 million Ton/ Year . My role and responsibilities like my previous one in Meltshop managing the mechanical maintenance
Receive, review and approve maintenance requests to ensure meeting different business needs
• Set the preventive maintenance plans and schedule to ensure the uninterrupted flow of operations
• Follow up on different maintenance activities to ensure execution in a timely manner
• Monitor spare parts’ stock levels to ensure a positive stock level is maintained as per the approved policies and standards
• Set purchasing needs and specifications to ensure accurate sourcing of Maintenance requirements
• Manage contracts and relationships with various suppliers to ensure the provision of required services as per the agreed upon contract• Address and resolve disputes with suppliers to ensure protecting the company’s interests and reputation within the market
Mechanical section head at Steel melt shop & rolling mill line at \{ Rajhi Steel Company \} at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia- Jeddah Plant .Rajhi steel is one of the biggest steel manufacture at Saudi Arabia & Gulf Area . With new melt shop with max productivity 850, 000 ton/ year.
My Job description:-
1- Prepare long & short shut down plans for plant
2- Prepare Failure reports for failed equipment’s with complete countermeasure.
3- Technical support to improve & enhance the Equipment’s.
4- Prepare annual budget for all plant mechanical areas
5- Prepare spare parts control & coast reductions for spare consumptions.
6- Study services life of parts & equipment’s according to operation conditions.
7- Supervision for new revamping & modification of Rajhi steel Meltshop by 2012
8- Supervision for new projects of developments of rolling mill line like improve & enhancements of reheat furnace & roughing area.
9- Supervision for reheating furnace side pusher replacement old chain sprocket mechanical pusher with Advanced Hydraulic Cylinder & pinion rack mechanism. With Taiwan Company Ever Green.
10- Design and Execute a new Modification of MS CCM hydraulic circuit to cover some bugs at the DANIELI original design and increase the reliability of it to avoid repeated trouble and hug consumption of spare
11- keep safety precautions for members & Equipments.
12- Enhance manpower and increase their technical skills.
13- Familiar with ERP
Maintenance Planning: Responsible for developing maintenance plan by studying various opportunities and recommending
objectives; prepared shut down maintenance plans and executed them appropriately.
Hydraulics & Pneumatics Systems: Responsible for Preparation for all plants spare parts including Electrical Arc Furnace
(EAF)& Ladle Furnace (LF); Continues Casting Machine (CCM); Diagonal Cutting Shears and Hydraulic Powers units of ladle &
Tundish preheated.
Rolling Mill Lines Lubrications, Hydraulics, Pneumatics & Cooling Water Systems: Accountable for handling activities
including Billets Charging Table Hydraulic Unit; Billets Furnace Hydraulic Unit; Mill line Hydraulic Units and Roughing,
Intermediate & finish Lubrications Oil Systems.
Team Coordination: Motivated workforce, providing communications and taking measures to ensure that all elements are
cooperated and coordinated efforts for maximum efficiency and quality
*Acted as leader of commissioning & startup team of Hydraulic and Pneumatic System and efficiently managed all
the assigned functions.
*Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Lubrication Systems: Responsible for handling Electrical Arc Furnace(EAF) & Ladle
Furnace(LF); continues Casting Machine (CCM); material & Scrap Cars; Lime & De_Dust plants and Pneumatic System
of carbon Injection System.
*Resource Planning & Control: Ensured suitable deployment of manpower & timely availability of manpower. Coordinating
with contractors and providing them with all the detailed documents.
Designed hydraulic circuit, hydraulic Pumps and all hydraulic Components. Responsible for solving major issues
