● Develop the ERC plant Shutdowns & Turnaround project scope of work in cooperation with all the concerned stakeholders.
● Create general and equipment task lists, complete work packages, and manage work orders for maintenance, shutdowns & turnaround activities along with purchasing & services requests (PRs & SRs) on the SAP ERP.
● Perform technical and commercial review of project tenders (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of service agreements
● Create the shutdowns & turnaround project WBS, detailed schedule with effective interdependencies including all milestones using CPM.
● Follow up the turnaround schedule during the execution to monitor progress, variances, and issue daily progress report.
● Develop and estimate budget related to work scope and resources.
● Create project CBS and perform project costing related reporting to the turnaround team and management’s review to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget and maintain version control.
● Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of processes, procedures, manuals, and cost control measures to ensure compliance with company policies and within budgetary boundaries.
● Minute Shutdown meetings and maintain an action tracker.
● Provide a critique of shutdown activities after completion, populate Lessons Learned progressively and issue the closeout report.
● Develop and manage the maintenance schedules for the plant shutdowns, anticipating, and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, spare parts, and equipment access.
● Compile the Shutdown booklet including the detailed shutdown schedule, roles & responsibilities, HSE plan, Plot Plan, Execution plan, Logistics Plan, Communication plan, Waste management plan etc.
● Manage the CMMS creation on Oracle ERP, spare parts inventory system, entering and supervising the entry of all spare parts transactions.
● Ensure safety considerations are top priority in work order planning.
● Attend daily update meetings with Maintenance and Operation sections to revise and finalize the next day's work schedule and capture the MOM.
● Issue the Monthly Preventive Maintenance Plan and follow up execution.
● Prepare the annual tentative maintenance plan in cooperation with production planning as well as the monthly shutdown plans.
● Issue the Monthly Utilization Analysis report and manage backlogs.
● Train employees on how to use the Oracle ERP.
● Prepare Submittals and Quotations for the HVAC System and its components (AHUs, FCUs, cooling Towers, Pumps and its accessories and Fans).
● Verify and review the specifications and drawings of each project.
● Prepare orders for the factories to proceed with manufacturing.
● Providing advice to contractors and consultants on how the actual system works.
● Prepare tenders; technical and commercial bid, following up till finalization.
