• Leading end-to-end initiatives of various scales, leading cross-functional teams of (Developers, UI/UX, DevOps, ITOps and QA) in phases of (Product-Design, UI/UX, Development, Testing, Deployment and Delivery), ensuring accurate implementation of product requirements through a successful SDLC and CI/CD.
• Defining and measuring product success metrics to optimize performance, confirming High-Availability (HA) B2B product.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT cross-functional departments, including (COO, IS, Remote-Teams, Customer-Success-Management (CSM), Customer-Support (CS) and Business-Development (BDM)) ensuring the availability and timely resolution of live issues and gathering live feedback from clients.
• Managing IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure industry compliance.
• Developing and managing product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
• Working closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of product requirements.
• Building data-centric features and functionalities within the SaaS B2B solution ecosystem, such as data analytics dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization components using (Power BI, Excel, Tableau, etc.).
• Integrating data sources and APIs to gather and consolidate relevant data for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Overseeing the entire data lifecycle, including data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and storage, to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Designing and implementing microservices and data architectures for large-scale B2B applications using SQL (MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB and Redis), utilizing each for the best for cashing, storing and logging data channels.
• Conducting thorough analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be leveraged to improve the SaaS B2B solution ecosystem.
• Continuously monitoring and optimizing data processing pipelines and workflows to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Implementing robust data security measures and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations such as PCI-DSS.
• Confirming a robust ecosystem by designing and implementing High-Available (HA) landscape, satisfying essential solution components/services such as (logging-stack, cashing, identity management, reporting and analytics, etc.) driving a valuable user experience to merchants, using (AWS services, ELK, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, etc.). This clustered environment is scaled, replicated and operated into (Production, Staging and Testing).
• Harnessing cloud-based services such as (data management platforms (Databricks)) to create and manage data lakes for streamlined data storage and processing, and backup-as-a-service (Acronis) ensuring business-continuity-management (BCM).
• Managing Pipedrive (CRM) and sales leads by analyzing collected data to find clients’ insights.
• Integrating payment solutions with various e-commerce platforms, such as Magento, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
• Fostering a data-driven / domain-driven culture and driving results through the effective implementation of KPI and OKR strategies.
