*Lead and supervise the implementation of the production processes in a way that maximizes the production efficiency of the machinery.
*Ensure the proper delivery of the approved products to the final product to warehouse.
*Follow up on the machinery maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance department.
*Organize daily tasks and its priorities with production supervisors and technicians to fulfil the daily plan.
*Monitor the production according to the plan and Communicate immediately with direct manager regarding any delays or any production circumstances.
*Initiate with the corrective actions needed.
*Approve and follow-up on the implementation of training and development plan for department staff.
*Ensure 5S Methodology is applied in the section and sustained.
* Follow up the production sections (Extruder, Looms, Lamination, Starkon).
*Leading Supervisors and technicians during the shift to achieve maximum production.
*Finding solutions for the problems occur on the production lines during the shift and make the suitable corrective actions to prevent happening again.
*Decrease the defects and scrap by improving the control on the production processes.
*Prepare and review production reports.
*Apply 5S Methodology to improve the work environment.
*Leading workers to achieve maximum production and solve issues or problems during the shift.
*Improve the methodology of processes to maximize the profit and reduce the cost.
*Apply GMP and Food Safety instructions at halls.
*Prepare and review production reports.
*Follow up the production lines of all sections (Shearing, Forming, Drilling, Heat treatment, Final assembly and Painting)
* Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems.
*Apply 5S Methodology to improve the work environment.
*Leading workers to achieve maximum production.
*Improve the methodology of processes to maximize the profit and reduce the cost.
*Apply lean manufacturing to improve productivity and methodology of work.
*Plan and establish sequence of operations.
*Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, and minimize cost.
*Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and orders.
*Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production.
*Follow up the maintenance activities on the I.S. Machines.
*Follow up the gob change process and making its report.
*Responsible for the daily production of the metal forming department.
*Solve any problems that appear in the machines or dies.
*Improve the methodology of the work.
*Improve the Productivity and Efficiency of the department.
*Reduce the Scrap of metal sheets.
