• Implementation of effective quality management system to the manufacturing unit, process and activities
• Documentation of the quality system and maintaining up to date quality records
• Identify the training needs for the staff and scheduling relevant trainings
• Scheduling internal quality audits and quality review meetings
• Ensure good manufacturing practices and personnel hygiene inside the operation facility
• Assures the food safety and specifications of products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality policies, procedures and standards
• Manage and maintain the auditing/monitoring of all quality parameters within the facility including incoming supplier specifications, raw materials, operation, storage, and delivery if applicable
• Manage and maintain the quality levels of all outside suppliers of performed services such as Pest Control, Laboratory, and any outside supplier that may occur
• Manage the appropriate sanitation of the facility to meet all food requirements
• This includes the managing of the sanitation department (Cleaning Department) and their interaction with plant personnel, as it pertains to a complete sanitation program
• Pest Control Reports and compliance to requirements
• Send sample for the monthly food analysis
