• Administration/maintenance of Servers and LAN Network
• Provides users with first and second level of desktop technical support
• Responds to calls coming in to the Help Desk and assist by providing a first line & second line service support for handling problems
• ensures that a clear understanding of the problem is obtained to enable speedy first line problem solving or escalation to the appropriate area and level of expertise
• follows up on the escalation process to ensure that service standards in terms of quality and response times are met, or exceeded.
• Responsible for the installation of hardware & software for server, workstation & printer.
• Operating systems &updates installation (Windows 2008, Windows 2012, patches& Service)
• Hardware setup, installation and upgrade
• Hardware and software related troubleshooting
• Third-party software installation, such as Ms Office, Antivirus etc.
• Provides technical support for the company's.
