For Sales
• Supervises the development and execution of sales strategy and Priority Account Plans, alternatively Marketing Plans in regions, including resource planning.
• Maintains and develops contacts and relationships with key/strategic customers on appropriate management levels.
• Assists in positioning and negotiating strategic sales order with customers.
• Manages all aspect of the performance management process.
• Drives the achievement/overachievement of order and sales targets.
• Develops growth plans for entire business unit and / or sales channels to maximize business potential and profitability.
• Provides accurate forecasts on order and revenue.
• Ensures funnel is effectively managed.
• Reports on sales activities, together with Sales Director (commercial), in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Follows up on Purchase requisitions, Delivery requisitions, Sales invoice, Pro forma, delivery order, LPO and related documentation if required.
• Participate in stock taking if required by Materials Management Department
• Ensures the production of presentations and supporting material in coordination with marketing department, such as technical papers or customer references, to help win business.

For Technical Support (Application and Service):

Provide On-site installation, repairing, preventive maintenance, modifications and updates of instruments.
Diagnose and correct system and equipment malfunctions.
Provide on-site training to the customers.
Maintain documentation on new equipment, inspections, and equipment repairs and failures.
Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer sup-port/services, Product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales.
Timely and professionally handle field service and Application calls.
Create the service contract sales opportunities and convince the customer for buying the service contract
Communication with the customers to ensure the satisfaction and implement necessary corrective action.
