1. IPRAN migration (Implement Iub and MUB Over IP )
2. Integrate and Configure new 3G Nodes (OSS Common Explorer/RAN Explorer/MOSHELL by OSS-RC) - All Ericsson RBSs (3000 - 6000).
3. Working in Modernization project for swapping 3000 cabinets to 6000 cabinets.
4. Configure HSPA 7.2 / 14.4 / 21 / 28.8 / 42 Mbps parameters for Node Bs.
5. Expand live 3G Nodes (E1’s: ATM / IMA & ETMC by MOSHELL).
6. Configure IP for ETM-FX card by Moshell.

1. Creating Business Object Reports for BSC / RNC /Cell KPIs Monitoring
2. Monitoring 2G/3G networks KPIs on hourly basis spotting degradation cases through breakdown starting from BSC/RNC level down to single cells, performing basic investigation and contacting the responsible team to rectify the problem
3. Detecting the Worst performing cells and suggest a solutions to rectify its problem
4. Detecting the Low availability cells and determine its problem and contacting the responsible team to rectify the problem
5. Detecting Sleeping cells on the network and determine its problem and contacting the responsible team to rectify the problem
6. Familiar with Business object, Ericsson Oss and Winfiol
1. Acceptance of 2G and 3G sites after any Radio action and reporting its status and suggest solutions for the problematic sites
2. Coordinate with Integration and the optimization Teams to keep tracking the problematic sites to improve the Network KPIs
3. Familiar with Business object, M2000 and TEMS
Monitoring Access and Core Network KPIs 24/7 to spot and escalate performance degradation issues to appropriate teams.

i. Monitoring 2G/3G networks on hourly basis spotting degradation cases through breakdown starting from BSC/RNC level down to single cells, performing basic investigation and contacting the responsible team to rectify the problem
ii. Generating the following daily reports
* Sleeping Cells
* Low Availability Cells
* Worst Performing cells
2. Core Network Monitoring (CS Core for Ericsson and PS Core for ZTE)
3. Provide training and guidance to the new team members.

4. Configuration of the BTS and The Microwave links using suitable software
