Handling Daily Operations
Ensure coverage of all routes; running emergency routes when necessary.
Manage commission templates and attendance reports and submit to HR on a monthly basis.
Follow up on pending payments.
Providing Territory Support
Maintain excellent customer relations and customer service.
Supervise RTLs market execution.
Provide routing and file maintenance support, including FOC slips and credit note copies.
Check daily sales report to monitor the monthly sales performance.
Keep a daily out of stock report.
Ensure selling tools and point of purchase material is available with all RTLs.
Coordinate completion of identified resets, special events and equipment delivery as and when it is needed.
Execute Marketing Support Funds provided by the K.A.E, such as credit notes and FOC slips, with finance department.
Tracking Measures and Conducting Problem Solving.
Resolve cases as sent by the call center.
Identify recurring problems for continuous process improvement.
Attend to customer needs and complaints in a proactive manner.
Report complaints on a case to case basis to TDS and KAM
Actively participate in problem solving process.
Take initiative to solve issues in alignment with TDS and KAM
Achieve volume plans and objectives, at self serve sm and whole sellers, through effective accounts management, customer relation ship and extreme follow up.
Secure proper distribution, and preparing orders.
Prepare and follow up on LPOs.
Coordinate and follow up with dispatcher for smooth and proper delivery.
Execute Customer Development Agreements.
Secure in-store Share of presence.
Monitor stock rotation and merchandising to keep products fresh and at high quality.
