• Creating, issuing and developing the needed reports and analysis to better manage & conduct business.
• Create and develop the key performance indicator "KPI" for salesmen.
• Prepare the required data for starting the ERP project initiated May 2009.
• Work closely across multi-departmental functions Logistics, Marketing, Distribution, IT, Finance & Purchasing.
• Develop action planes to adjust sales plan.
• Issue queries & reports from Oracle application for sales targets & actual sales.
• Full data analysis of sales achievements Vs targets and indicating areas of strength and weaknesse per operation.
• Ensuring that all data is displayed and presented in order to keep track of any variation in the market.
• Prepare monthly sales presentations for achievements & progress in the market.
• Evaluate distribution & availability of products at the distributors.
• Work closely with the marketing department in planning product's strategies, segmentation and positioning.
• Analyze sales growth in order to signal out what works and what caused sales fluctuations whether an increase or a decrease, and justifying investment presented in contracts or by any other means.
• Controlling the sales expenses budget and all related trade activities (promotions - discounts).
