- As a Technical Support Engineer i provide high quality Technical Support for RFC Customers and Participate in departmental projects.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Desktop and Server operating systems(Windows Server 2003/2008).
- System administration/support in Windows platform (XP/VISTA/SEVEN).
- Configuration and troubleshooting Mail based systems and general networking.
- Installation of antivirus and troubleshooting problem related to virus problem in system.
- Using of Remote Desktop for remotely solving problems.
