Responsibilities:
1. To ensures that the clients' demands, and objectives are met by getting the project completed on time and within budget. 2. Acts as the Company representative with the Client and Contractors during the project construction. Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the Client and key subcontractors. Responsible for following up on instructions & commitments associated with the project 3. Manages the project technically and contractually, organizes, plans, schedules, and controls the field work, minimizes extra costs for changes requested by the client. 4. Review and approval of Project Execution Plan & forward the same to client for his final approval. 5. Review Health & Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan and other documents. 6. Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the project and the site team. 7. Assigns responsibility to key subordinates in their respective fields of expertise. Provides input to performance reviews and develop plans for subordinates. 8. Establishes internal weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items. 9. Identifies and resolves project issues. 10. Implements project change control. 11. Establish and maintain project risk registers.
12. Complies with the clauses & requirements of all contract documents agreed between the client and all other parties (Consultant and Contractor) and act accordingly. 13. Attends Management Committee meetings and Chairs management, progress and special project meetings. 14. Takes executive decisions as required by the nature of the ongoing construction needs, except on those matters which need to be discussed with the client before any action can be taken. 15. Complies with the clauses & requirements of all contract documents agreed between the client and all other parties (Consultant and Contractor) and act accordingly. Accordingly, should be fully aware of all contractual details 16. Issues necessary letters to and replies to the received letters from all parties working on the project in accordance to Contract documents.

• Review and approve monthly invoices presented by Contractor's.

• Provide Quotations from vendors and suppliers

• Prevents claims against client
• Review and initial approve new items rate as presented by Contractor within market prizes and approved budget.
• Ability to review highly technical and complex construction documents required report, to MOH
management the technical &financial position of the proposed variation.
• Review and initial PM assessment of monthly invoices.
• Co-ordinate and review staff performance and ensure compliance with requirements and project management good practice.
• Review weekly and monthly reports related to cost and cash flow as presented by Contractor's
• Assess change request as submitted by Contractor and communicate with project team and prepare relevant reports and MOH with recommendations.
• Attend Executive meetings, weekly progress meeting, Quality meetings, Safety meetings
• Logistic Responsibilities
• As acting logistic engineer covering the following responsibilities:
• Petty cash holder and office requirements provider from local market and coordinate with project approved venders, regarding requests, purchase orders and approved their invoices.
• Coordinate with vehicles agent for maintained, renewal licences and contract.
• Follow up with main office regarding project staff requirements (safety, visa, etc)
• Coordinate with DHL, UPS, and other parties related to project needs.
• Staffing responsibilities
• Administer staff holiday requests/ approvals
• Participate to determine annual project staff performance and merits.
• Prepare dashboard report regarding staff (diversity, mobilization and demobilisation, Saudization)

• Establish documented procedures to Overview and comment on proposed Sub-contractor, Vendors, material, shop drawings and any other transmittal by contractor, any deviation from project requirements shall be properly reported to MOT Management addressing any possible Time and/or Cost Impact associated with it.
• Ensure contractors compliance with its contractual obligations concerning Design changes, Tender Notices etc.
