My Role in Tadawul:
Site based Senior Architect / Architectural Manager working on Curtain wall/Façade Package, Fit out Package/Vertical Transportation (Elevators, Escalators Package) as following:
-Preparing, analysing variation order and making technical documents and presentation
-Design Review and Development for Façade /Fit out Construction drawing and detail
-Finalizing Door hardware schedule with Architecture Hardware Consultant.
-Coordinating Security Package with client requirement.
-Reviewing Site Mock-up’s and approving their shop drawing
-Presenting Project material (Façade /Fit out / Elevators) to client for Approvals process--Preparing, studying VE Items.
-Reviewing LEED reports for construction achievement points.
-Leading Coordination workshops with MEP Decp.
-Reply RFI’s and review shop drawing and variation request.
- Preparation, Confirmation for close out documents such as Tenant guideline.

The mid-southern part of Riyadh city an exciting transformation, witnessing the opening
of one of Riyadh’s most ambitious and dazzling shopping malls. Where Al-Qasr Mall,
designed by Saudi Diyar a big transformation in the Saudi capital. The area has
witnessed a trading momentum and economic stimulant by Al-Qasr residential and
commercial complex and its mall. The mall four-storey building and one basement level,
accommodates a chain of stores, restaurants, and recreational amenities for serving all
family members, with 330 Tenant capacity served by 15 service elevator and 4
Panoramic lifts and 15 service stair with more than 2, 000 cars parking space with
special care to handicaps.
Façade of AL qasr mall was first LED lighting Façade in Riyadh with total area more
than 70.0000m2 acting as large screen for Sothern part of the city covered by Aluminum
panel composite section cladding except the entrance area which will be glass curtain
wall (Stick system), The luxurious inside parts of the Mall allows the shopper to walk
into a spacious, sun-drenched atrium with 4 panoramic elevators, 28 escalators, 8
electric paths and 14 elevators connecting all levels and sections of the mall.
My Role in AL-Qasr Mall project:
Working as Sr.architect in consultant supervision team with 3 Inspectors, Start from day
one of the project up to handing over with following responsibilities:
-Confirm and control daily site Inspections with Architect’s team.
-Review Material submittals and material Inspection and prepare client presentation.
-Reply RFI’s and review shop drawing and variation request.
-Review and follow up Construction method statement for Fit out, Façade work.
-coordinating with deferent trades ensuring client requirement.
-Attending Daily technical workshop for site daily issues.
-Reviewing Site Mock-up’s and approving their shop drawing.
-Proceed with Handing over process to local authorities.

Renewal of Dar El sheaf Hospital, which contains more than 200 bed, Scope of work
was to Renew the building by adding Aluminum cladding to building Façade, and
change all flooring to antibacterial types, and upgrade wall finish ( Stainless and
Vinyl), with special care to different medical departments with various of specialized
consultants.
My Role in Hospital project:
To Execute daily plan work and preparing shop drawing for consultant review and
approval, and controlling daily site activities with project manager as following:
-Preparing site construction detail and Supervising Execution on site.
- Finalizing all technical issues for Intensive care unit with a specialized consultant.
- Coordination with a medical requirement for finishes.
- Hand over the project to hospital team.
Site Engineer at (Office /warehouse building and stuff accommodation
project) -a subcontractor for Schlumberger.

With: Swanco oil service.

As one of top 3 Oil service companies in the world, Schlumberger decided to build
workshop warehouse to maintain their drilling Equipment’s, include technical Engineers
office within the warehouse, with high acoustic wall properties and specialist finishes
material within warehouse area to comply with their requirement, also stuff
accommodation building in Ras Shukeir (at western cost of Egypt) with 80 studio space
capacity and including standard facilities ( Toilets-Central Kitchen- amusement space)
and 60% of total area as landscape and hardscape .
My Role in Office warehouse project:
Working as construction manager for Office /warehouse building, Responsible for
managing the construction process and ensure project plan with clients on a weekly
basis.
On the other hand I worked as freelance with Schlumberger to develop their stuff
accommodation area in Shukeir area, developing the design and construction detail, and
managing the construction process through subcontractors, so my responsibilities in
Schlumberger projects was as following:
-following daily project plan and manage daily work with subcontractors.
-developing construction detail with consultant team on daily workshop.
-preparing site daily/weekly report for client review.
-managing long lead Items plan and highlighting risk on the project to the client.
-preparing site inspections to consultant on a daily basis.
-preparing monthly payment and submit it to the Consultant.
-preparing close out documents.
-perform handing over process to the client.

This project one of Famous projects in Luxor city, Ministry of Defense decide to support
development of Luxor city, Under Renewal and development of this city, Market Road
area was developed by reestablishing the concept of Road design and unifying shop
front elevation also adding setting area and cafe shop for the visitors and stamped
concrete flooring with different patterns and providing semi-shaded space with historical
Entrance gate reflects the value of history of the city.
My Role in Market Road project:
Working as site Technical Architect to support design team to design setting area and
hardscape and Entrance gate also arranging daily site work with subcontractors to reflect
design concept to site as built condition, and presenting the construction detail to site
team - detail responsibilities was as following:
-participate design work and develop construction detail to meet as built condition.
-preparing site daily/weekly report for client review.
-preparing site inspections to the consultant on a daily basis.
-preparing construction shop drawing and review with design team.
-preparing close out documents.
-perform handing over process to the client.
