Duties & Responsibilities:
 Be a team player and make sure the team members work as one team among them and with the other services teams.
 Monitoring day-to-day activities \[Project Implementation process and customer feedback\] to maintain the QA ‘Quality assurance’
 Enhance procedures and implement new ones as needed to:
 Ascend the team’s performance
 Increase first-time-fix percentage
 Accountable for skills assessments, gaps analysis, skills development and resourcing alignment with sales and presales team.
 Responsible for team motivations and maintaining winning spirit within the technical team.
 Responsible for projects lifecycle execution; covering efforts estimation, resource management, requirements management, risk management, scope management, customer management and solutions architecture.
 Solution consultancy, application development, system integration, certification and deployment of service on life systems.
 Supports presales team through analysis of RFPs, technical solutions, proposals and solutions architecture.
 Responsible for customer satisfaction, project execution leadership, milestone management, quality assurance, and successful projects’ closure.
 Provide the customers a project plan, Schedule, scope of work, costing, implementation steps, Project control, and rollout plan for deployment and quality assurance (Project Management) including resource management.
 Manage POC, UAT, SIT and Migration phases.
 Preparation of Master Installation Load Disk for new deployed solutions.
 Handling High level escalations from customers related to live solutions (Problem and incident Management)
 Application Release Control, Change and Bug fixes.
 Maintaining Software AMC with Customers and back-to-back with vendor.
 Successfully demonstrated the first multi-vendor project in the region on NCR HW.
 Managed the initial connectivity test, integration and ATM application compliancy with 4 new customers.
 Achieved the first NCR EMV CAMII compliancy on Wincor ATM application.
 Earned the customers trust to consult me in their implementation process for other supplied vendor products.
 Main Projects
 First successful Multi-vendor implementation and POC in the GCC over an NCR HW (SS32, Persona 3-in-1 and SS22) with 2 major banks in UAE.
 Implement NCR CAMII compliancy over Wincor Nixdorf Application with 5 customers and over 200 SST.
 iDeposit (Payments solution) Implementation and deployment over 180 3-in-1 SST.
 Performed 8 ADVT and MTIP end-to-end Level 3 Certifications as a solution consultant.
