check the productivity and effectiveness of each reporting salesperson.
12. Make sure that each salesperson is appropriately trained in soft skills and in product knowledge to
portfolio of products and services to be placed in the country.
13. Ensure that salespeople are appraised and developed to allow greater effectiveness and capability over
time.
