• Develop strategic and operational plans for the facility management activities whilst also managing execution and measuring results.
• Facilitate the design and implementation of building system repair and replacement solutions.
• Prepare feasibility studies and budgets, as required, for projects on a monthly and annual basis via the prepared business plan; forecast revenues and profitability by projecting varied business cases to be submitted.
• Define and implement the process of qualifying and managing the performance of the vendors, suppliers, service providers, consultants and contractors retained for facilities work including issuing of tenders and contractual agreements.
• Provide facilities management related input on new sites & projects to pre-empt post completion issues, promote operational efficiency / building performance and optimize on maintenance & repair, ease lead time and cost.
• Ensure all health, safety & security requirements are met in accordance with civil defense and other regulatory bodies etc
• Guide civil, mechanical and electrical maintenance & operations crew in equipment handling case of emergency breakdowns and coordinate with Engineering to investigate causes of breakdown and initiate recommended maintenance activity.
• Establish, implement and monitor service level agreements for in-house and external service providers and instate performance indicators to measure and monitor the agreed service levels.
• Provide direction/guidance and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work; ensure that subordinates are continuously developed for higher levels.
• Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports to assess subordinates productivity and progress and identify training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices.
• Compiling and submitting accurate and timely strategic sales pipeline and forecasting data that allow effective business planning considering company Profit, Growth and Goals.
• Evaluate the possibility of risk involved in project in order to provide clear picture of viability through a proper estimation and technical analysis.
• Produce annual business plans for the support service operations, identifying new business opportunities where possible

• Continue to improve systems of communication, maintain business integrity and improve knowledge of customer expectations, identify and address concerns of stakeholders.

• Analyze the financial implications, the costs related to and the profit expected from a proposed project.
• Developing and implementing strategic activities for PPM/reactive and other facilities management plans through CAFM & CMMS system
• Keeping abreast of new legislation and providing technical advice
• Presenting, negotiating, closing and managing multi-million dollars deals by obtaining competitive costs/budget and demonstrating value for money optimizing profitability for the Company.
•Manage engineering services through its cycle from planning to implementation to ensure timely delivery within set budget and specification.

• Develop and administer the project estimate (budget) and control expenditure to ensure the budget profit is achieved.
• Responsible for the preparation of take-off quantity, budget, histogram, material submittals, procurement schedule, look ahead program, red mark drawings shop drawings, as built drawings, variation claims, method statement, snagging, handing over and other technical submittals.
• Follow up with the consultants regarding project execution, specification and any clarifications.
• Setting criteria for hand-over by planning the productivities target according to the target program and base line.
• Management of workforce and construction activities of Mechanical department, and prioritizing work by reviewing performance.
• Supervision and coordination with site engineers to ensure work progress according to the specifications and deadlines.
• Worked with the Health & Safety team to maintain and further develop a safety culture.
