• Assuming responsibility for GAP analysis along with various ERP implementers in order to recognize the most suitable system to support the company new strategy and growth.

• Configured & managed Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, thus ensured procedural adherence.

United Business Applications (UBA) is a leading regional provider of ERP, CRM, and mobile solutions serving across Jordan. UBA has invested into creating an Oracle arm “Arkan” alongside its unique investment platform Springfield. It is the development partner for several internationally acclaimed products such as Sage Business Solutions, Microsoft, and Mobile Applications platforms (iOS and Android). UBA is the initial company in the Mena region to develop and sell SageCRM vertical solutions, supporting more than 4000 users and successfully implemented more than 250 projects region wide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensured proper installation of Sage ERP system with focus on software installations, database installation and linkage and license application.
• Performed regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimum system performance.
• Monitored day-end system performance reports for anomalies and implementing immediate remedial measures.
• Generated MIS reports utilizing “Crystal Reports” system and presented the same to senior management for further/ efficient decision making.
