- Monitor 24/7 2G/3G/4G LTE Telecom and E&M Alarms also escalate and update alarms as per customer SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Support as front office engineer to rollout and Managed Service Teams during activities of Re-Homing and Swap (Huawei/NSN) as per customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with different (STC, Mobily and ITC) for Leased line and media related issue as well informing customer accordingly.

- Monitor ZTE BSC and RNC signaling links and make first level escalation during any abnormality in (IuPS, IuCS, Iur, MTP3 and Iub signaling links) to Core, IPBB and GNOC.
